The Ouedkniss region of Morocco is a little country off the coast of Africa where the main population is Moroccan Berbers, not much has changed in the past thousand years, but it is not far from modern-day Morocco. With its stunning beaches, turquoise sea, and beautiful mountains, Ouedkniss is a tourist attraction for many travelers and is home to the Ouedkniss Monastery, one of the most important religious sites in Morocco.
The Ouedkniss area of Morocco is divided into two parts. The west part is in the region known as the "Hattieres de l'Oued" (located between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean) and is very popular among tourists who want to spend the night on the beach. The beaches are always busy with families, couples and single men looking for fun and recreation, while the women enjoy their sunbathing time. There are also bars and clubs on the beach that attracts both gay and straight men and women. This area is very peaceful and is known for its spa treatments, sauna use, and massage.
The east side of Ouedkniss is a very quiet region of Morocco that is a bit isolated and does not receive tourists as much as the west side. Many travelers, however, find it relaxing and beautiful and are drawn to this part of the area. The beaches are even busier than those in the west, though there are still plenty of resorts in the area and some beautiful and exotic scenery that tourists love to visit. There are also many hotels in Ouedkniss and some of them are quite expensive. The local people tend to be quite helpful and have warm, friendly faces, and if you have your heart set on staying in an Oued Kniss villa or an Oued Kniss apartment you can expect a great stay in these areas. Some of the villas and apartments are very affordable.
